Every item is made in small batches with care, bringing rustic flavor and homemade comfort to your table.
Hi, I'm Lynn.
I live in rural Alaska with my husband, Daryl, where we enjoy a life rooted in family, hard work, and the beauty of the North. Together, we've raised two wonderful sons, and we're blessed to have a daughter-in-law and grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives. Family is at the heart of everything we do, and many of my favorite memories are made around the kitchen table sharing meals, stories, and laughter.
I've always loved creating things with my hands, whether it's baking sourdough bread, cooking from scratch, gardening, crocheting, photography, or sharing stories through writing and video. There's something deeply satisfying about slowing down and making things with care, and that's a value I try to carry into every part of my life.
What began as a passion for homemade food grew into Tundra & Thyme, a place where I can share that love with others. I believe that good food has a way of bringing people together, creating memories, and turning ordinary moments into something special.
When I'm not baking, you'll often find me exploring Alaska with a camera in hand, working on creative projects, or dreaming up new recipes to share. Whether it's a loaf of sourdough, a batch of tortillas, or a simple homemade treat, my goal is to create food that feels welcoming, comforting, and made with purpose.
