Hand-rolled sourdough flour tortillas made with real butter and simple ingredients for a rich flavor and tender bite. The dough is fermented overnight to develop deeper flavor and a tender texture, a traditional process that many people find easier on digestion. Each tortilla is then rolled by hand and cooked on hot cast iron for a homestyle taste you won't find in store-bought tortillas.
Like all handcrafted sourdough products, no two tortillas are exactly alike. Slight variations in size, shape, color, and appearance are a natural part of the fermentation and hand-rolling process.
Made fresh to order and prepared with care right here in Alaska's Copper River Valley.
